A must-have accessory for anyone who owns our SOFI brewer . While the bottom chamber is very convenient, sometimes you want to witness the theatrics as coffee drops rain down through the filter. Use the SOFI holder to brew into your favourite carafe and monitor the progress of your brews without having to open the lid. IMPORTANT: Only compatible with SOFI version 2. If you own the original SOFI72 this will not fit.
