For this coffee we started with the Salawara Washed, a really nice, clean cup but that's not good enough around here. We wanted a little more character, a little twist. Something to give your palate a little more to yearn for, a little more to think about and so we added in a little of the honey processed beans from the same estate and it made a really good coffee a great one.
