Cross Roast Series — Siolim × One Half The Cross Roast Series is a collaborative roasting project between Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters (India) and One Half Roastery (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). For this release, each roastery roasted a coffee sourced by the other, exchanging not just green coffee, but also roasting philosophies. Siolim selected one of its coffees from the Inner Pearl Series, which was roasted by Keith Koay , four-time Malaysian Barista Champion and founder of One Half Roastery
