Our roast profile is finely tuned to highlight the nuanced flavors that make for an exceptional decaf - with a delightful balance and remarkable versatility. The Decaffeination method helps to remove most of the caffeine while allowing for the main flavor compounds to be retained in the coffee. This way, if you are averse to caffeine, you can still enjoy a delicious cup
