Roaster Notes

A regular on our seasonal roster returns. This medium-dark roast, processed using the washed method, brews comforting cups with a chocolatey and nutty flavour profile. It opens with aromas of honey and raisins, leading to a syrupy mouthfeel and medium-high body. Each sip offers layers of zesty orange marmalade, rich dark chocolate, and sweet raisins, rounded off by a lingering chocolatey finish.
