Jaggery Trail - Honey Process

Roaster Notes

JAGGERY TRAIL 🌱 Process: Yellow Honey Jaggery Trail is a clean, sweet and balanced coffee that is not designed to be a fruit-forward cup like many natural-processed coffees . Instead, the Yellow Honey process brings out a gentle sweetness and subtle fruit character, with jaggery sweetness taking centre stage and the fruit notes remaining soft and well integrated.
