Dark Roast paper filter, for body and sweetness A 0.22mm thick, dense, two-side Crepe filter that works optimally at a temperature of 83℃. That’s why the name, T-83 . This paper has the “Two-Side Crepe” but the height of the crepe is set lower. The surface area is a little larger than that of One-Side Crepe. In the upper half of the cone, because of the adhesion of fine powder, water can flow smoother than the lower half.
