The second Ethiopian release of the year comes through Testi Coffee—this time, a natural from Denbi Uddo in the Guji Zone of Oromia. Guji coffees are known for showcasing the wilder side of Ethiopian terroir, and this lot is no exception. Comprised up of semi-wild heirloom varieties, it strikes a clean balance between acidity and mouthfeel, with a vibrant mix of fruit and floral notes.
