We’re excited to welcome a new producer to the Naivo family: Manohar Shetty of Indravathi Estate. This lot was processed in collaboration with South India Coffee Company and profiled as a versatile espresso roast that performs reliably across both black and milk beverages. The cup brings together dried fruit sweetness, chocolate depth and a thread of subtle florals in the aroma, creating a balanced and confident flavour structure.
