Sourced from the highlands of Mushonyi Station in Rwanda, this Red Bourbon lot undergoes an experimental washed process, elevating clarity while retaining a signature Rwandan body and nutty sweetness. Roasted to a medium-light profile, the cup opens with rich notes of roasted peanuts, followed by a honeyed mid-palate, and closes with smooth chocolate undertones.
