Roaster Notes

A bright and refined SL10 varietal with a juicy, fruit-forward profile. Apricot and nectarine bring a soft stone-fruit sweetness, while sweet lime adds a fresh citrus lift and lively acidity. As the cup cools, the profile becomes more delicate and floral, finishing with a clean jasmine tea-like character. Processed using the Culture Washed method, the coffee undergoes a controlled fermentation with a selected microbial culture before being washed and carefully dried.
