Honey Sun Dried

Roaster Notes

Zupreme Honey Sun-Dried Coffee is crafted using the honey process, where coffee beans are dried with a portion of the fruit’s natural sugars still attached. This traditional method, combined with careful sun drying, enhances sweetness, aroma, and mouthfeel — without overpowering acidity. The beans are roasted to a precise medium profile, allowing the coffee’s natural honey-like sweetness and fruity notes to shine. The result is a smooth, balanced cup with elegant complexity and a clean finish.
