Wet plum coffee processing is an innovative experimental fermentation method where whole coffee cherries are fermented in an anaerobic environment using a specialised , lab-cultured plum-derived bacteria. This unique processing is used by Harley Estate to bring out the complexity from this high scoring lot , scoring a 89+ on SCA scale makes it one of the highest scoring Indian coffee we have ever roasted . We wanted to keep the origin characteristics hence have roasted this coffee light .
