Roaster Notes
YK Bourbon Double Cask Aged is a washed single origin from Chikmagalur, Karnataka, grown at 1,200 metres and rested as green beans for three months in double cask barrels, with no alcohol added at any stage. The clean washed cup leaves room for the barrel to come through, and we roast it medium, where we found the coffee and the cask sit best together.
