Introducing a delicate and expressive lot from Salwara Estate , processed using a 72-hour anaerobic Mosto fermentation followed by a slow 16-day nursery drying process. Rossette Coffee Lab has roasted this lot as a light roast , with the intention of bringing out the character of the estate, varietal and processing while preserving the coffee’s remarkable clarity. In the cup, expect layers of blueberry and Meyer lemon , followed by a soft melon-like sweetness and a subtle hint of dragon fruit.
