Heisenberg Coffee from Riverdale Estate is Back! Since its debut in 2020, Heisenberg has become our anticipated annual release, evolving each season. Season 7 introduces the Iceberg Natural process. Sending from Riverdale Estate, Yercaud in Tamil Nadu, each cherry is handpicked, maximizing sugar content and mucilage density, vital for the natural process. The processor ensures only the ripest cherries progress, using a Brix meter for precise sugar measurement.
