In partnership with Kerehaklu farm, Chikmagalur, the slow sun-drying gives us clear separation of flavours, layering complex nutty notes on a base of lingering sweetness. Throw in the exceptional clarity and we have a winner - a daily coffee worthy of a King. Process The coffee cherries are put through the ‘Pulper’ and ‘Washer’, and the beans are washed clean of all the pulp. The naked bean is sun-dried, eschewing the fruit in its entirety.
