Monsoon Malabar Coffee Beans

Roaster Notes

Zupreme Monsoon Malabar Coffee celebrates one of India’s most iconic coffee traditions. During the monsoon season, green coffee beans are stored in open warehouses along the Malabar Coast, where they are exposed to humid monsoon winds for several weeks. This process naturally transforms the beans, creating their signature pale colour, low acidity, and heavy body.
