Orange peel cutting through cocoa, in the deepest roast of the series. As filter Orange peel · Cocoa · Brown sugar As espresso Dark chocolate · Roasted almond · Molasses A washed arabica from Udaygiri Estate in Karnataka, roasted medium dark for weight and structure. The washed character keeps the cup articulate where a deep roast usually flattens it. On filter the citrus is subtle rather than sharp, enough to lift the cocoa and brown sugar underneath.
