Roaster Notes

Kiambu, Kenya. Blackcurrant and toffee, roasted medium light. Cold Front is a natural process Arabica, roasted to Depth 36 and built for cold brew, cold drip and iced filter. The cup runs blackcurrant, red plum and toffee. Brewed cold, it turns to blackcurrant cordial and cocoa. It is not an espresso coffee. Use 70 g of coffee to 1 litre of water, ground coarse, and leave it in the fridge for 16 hours. Strain it over ice and dilute to taste. Make a litre tonight and judge it tomorrow.
