Koraput, Odisha. Jaggery and chocolate, roasted medium light. Deep Field is a natural process Arabica, roasted to Depth 36. The cup runs jaggery, milk chocolate and orange peel. Pull it as espresso, brew it in the moka pot or build a milk drink on it. It is not a filter coffee. For espresso, start with 18 g in and 40 g out at 94 °C, a fine grind and 30 seconds. Change the grind, not the dose. For milk drinks, shorten the yield to 36 g. If the shot is sour, grind finer.
