Roaster Notes

BLIND SPOT is Blend No. 01: two origins, 100% Arabica, blended so the cup reads as one coffee rather than two. We are not saying which origins, which farms or which process, and neither does the bag. In filter it tastes of black cherry, candied jackfruit and cocoa nib. As espresso it moves to raisin, stewed plum and dark caramel. It is roasted medium light, for pour-over and espresso. Origin is the strongest placebo in specialty coffee, so this is the lot where we take it away.
