Four blends built to hold their nerve in milk. This is the working end of the roastery: the blends we build for cafés and for people whose first coffee of the day goes through a machine, a moka pot or a South Indian filter. Light roasts get the attention; these get drunk every morning. Each bag holds 100 g — enough to dial in a recipe before committing to a kilo. If you take your coffee with milk and have been told specialty coffee is not for you, this is the box that argues otherwise.
