DARK ROOM — Espresso & Everyday Four

Roaster Notes

Four 100 g bags of blends built to hold their nerve in milk. DARK MATTER is a Vienna-roast Indian blend. BRUTE FORCE is a dark Arabica espresso blend from Chikmagalur. HOUSE NO. 02 is the everyday espresso, built on a washed Chikmagalur base. GRINDSTONE is a medium dark blend of Arabica and Canephora. This is the working end of the roastery, the blends we build for cafés and for people whose first coffee of the day goes through a machine, a moka pot or a South Indian filter.
