RATNAGIRI DUO – DROP 03

Roaster Notes

RATNAGIRI DUO – DROP 03 is two coffees from one estate: a washed lot and a natural lot from Ratnagiri Estate in Chikmagalur, 250 g of each, packed together. The two processes pull the same origin in opposite directions, and here you are not asked to choose. Blend them in your own ratio. 50:50 gives balance, 70:30 washed to natural leans toward clarity, and further out the body and sweetness take over. Each lot also stands alone, so brew them separately first.
