Roaster Notes

Red Lantern is a natural robusta from the Central Highlands of Vietnam, dried whole in the cherry. Vietnam grows more robusta than any other country, and most people only meet it as instant. This is what it tastes like when it is roasted for sweetness. It is medium light, with dark chocolate and golden raisin on filter, and cocoa nibs and brown sugar as espresso. The body is full enough to sip slowly and to stay present in milk.
