VELVET HARMONY

Roaster Notes

Velvet Harmony is the everyday blend: toasted nuts, soft cocoa and brown sugar, with no sharp edges. It is a house blend from Chikmagalur, Karnataka, roasted omni to Depth 55, so one bag covers the espresso machine, the pour-over and the South Indian filter. The profile is deliberately mellow, and the brown sugar sweetness lingers after the sip. It holds up black or with milk, and it also suits cold brew. It is our best seller, and the blend wholesale bars reorder most.
