Roaster Notes
Vyom 01 is a washed S795 from Basankhan Estate, a century-old family farm in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, now in its fourth generation. The trees grow at 1,470 m in a mixed shade canopy with black pepper, cardamom, oranges, lemons and bananas. Roasted medium to Depth 42, it is green apple and muskmelon with golden caramel on filter, and red apple, toffee and milk chocolate as espresso. It is the brightest of the three coffees in The Washed Trilogy, bright without turning sharp.
