A dark Chikmagalur blend built to hold its ground under milk. As espresso Burnt caramel · Hazelnut butter · Whiskey-like depth Washed and natural specialty Arabica grown in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, between 1,070 and 1,520 m. The two processes are blended for weight rather than for brightness. Roasted dark, which turns the sweetness burnt-sugar and gives the shot enough body to stay legible in milk. Cortados and flat whites are where it lands.
