A washed Arabica and canephora blend, roasted dark enough to hold milk. In the cup Dark chocolate · Roasted nuts · Jaggery sweetness Washed Arabica and canephora, blended and taken to a medium dark roast for weight rather than nuance. The result is heavy-bodied and low in acidity, with dark chocolate and roasted nuts up front. A jaggery-like sweetness sits underneath and keeps the cup from turning flat.
