Amyra Farms began in 2021 with a single question: what if the people who grow the coffee also got to decide how it is made, priced, and shared? Everything they make is grown on their 450 acres in the Western Ghats, or one farm they know by name. Estate Arte, their higher-elevation Baba Budan Giri planting, came online in 2022. Cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness, washed and sun-dried, then roasted on the estate in small batches.
