About the roaster
From their words.
Ekata was founded in 2016 by friends from Kerala's Malabar region to grow organic, unadulterated coffee under Demeter biodynamic standards. They house Q Arabica and Q Robusta graders plus Q processing professionals, and roast as a certified specialty team. In India they work Chikmagalur as well as Araku Valley and Silent Valley. The public shop at shop.ekatacoffee.com currently lists named D2C lots (Wild Flora, Rocket Fuel, King of Ghats, Black Panther); Emerald Haven anaerobic honey was not on that storefront when catalogued.
