From the same Balanoor Estate that brought you our Chandragiri lot, this single estate Arabica is grown from the BBTC varietal at 3,800–4,350 ft and given a classic fermented washed process for a clean, well-defined cup. The flavour profile leans indulgent — ripe plum and buttery toffee up front, with a citrus snap that keeps the sweetness in check and the finish refreshing.
