Lush, fruit-forward and softly sweet finish From Kumergode Estate in Chikmagalur, this Chandragiri single origin is grown at 3,700 ft above sea level. After harvest, the cherries undergo 48 hours of fruit fermentation before being naturally dried under shade, deepening their fruit character while retaining a soft, caramel-like sweetness.
