From Sai Ashirwad Estate in Chikkamagaluru, this single estate Robusta (CxR varietal) is grown at 3,600 ft and naturally processed with an 84-hour fermentation — an unusually long ferment that transforms Robusta's typical profile into something rich and dessert-like. Expect deep dark chocolate notes, dried fig sweetness, and a warm jaggery finish that gives this cup a full-bodied, syrupy character rarely associated with Robusta.
